Not really. We use existing APIs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) configured for your content. Fine-tuning or training custom models isn't our thing — we'll be honest if you need a bigger team for that.
We document exactly which providers we use in your setup notes. Typically EU or US cloud, depending on the tool. For private staff docs, we prefer using your own accounts and access controls. See our privacy policy.
We're based in Manchester and love meeting local clients for coffee, but we work UK-wide and internationally over video. All prices are in USD.
